Defined product scope for a new community-commerce platform, turning customer interviews and research on 6 competitors into the PRD that aligned both founders and anchored engineering specs. Designed the onboarding quiz, 10 questions across 6 well-being dimensions, with the scoring and routing logic that connects members to content and products.

Built and deployed a 6-table Supabase analytics schema for the doTERRA pilot, with versioned sessions so cohorts stay comparable across product iterations. Built demo communities for 5+ prospects across wellness, youth sports, coaching and CPG, prioritized against sales deadlines.

Grew Product Studio applications 53% to a record high through QR flyering across 8 campus zones and ghostwritten member LinkedIn posts that generated 100K+ impressions.

Lead a 4-person content team across LinkedIn, X, Substack, Instagram and Slack, with editorial review and distribution running through 20+ member accounts. Now building a Slack agent that does first-pass review of drafts against V1’s brand rules.
